Email Template Editor ​

The Email Template Editor allows you to customize the layout, subject line, branding elements, and content for automated transactional emails sent to your buyers.

Workspace Layout Overview ​

The editor is organized into three primary regions:

  • Left Configuration Sidebar: Contains collapsible options to configure email headers, dynamic body text, file attachment names, and section toggles.
  • Center Live Preview: Displays a real-time preview of your email layout, subject line, and order details.
  • Top Action Bar: Provides Discard and Save buttons to manage layout changes.

Customization Sections ​

Email Header ​

Configure branding graphics and headers displayed at the top of the email body:

  • Shop name: Toggle switch to display or hide your store name in the header block.
  • Email logo: Toggle switch to display or hide your brand logo.
    • Logo image: Drag and drop an image file or click Choose from library to select an asset.
    • Width & Custom height: Adjust the width slider (%) or check Custom height to define explicit pixel (px) dimensions.
  • Email banner: Toggle switch to place a full-width header banner graphic above the main email body.

Email Contents ​

Configure multi-language translations, dynamic subject lines, email text, and PDF attachment file naming rules:

  • Custom PDF file name: Specify file naming conventions for the attached PDF (e.g., invoice-{{order_number}}).
    • Supported Variables: {{order_number}}, {{shop_name}}
  • Subject: Define the email subject line per language locale.
    • Supported Variables: {{order_number}}, {{customer_name}}, {{shop_name}}
  • Email message: Write the main body content and greeting message per language locale.
    • Supported Variables: {{order_number}}, {{customer_name}}, {{shop_name}}, {{tracking_url}}

Multi-Language Localization

Use the locale dropdown selector (e.g., English, Korean, Vietnamese) attached to content fields to edit localized text for each supported language.

Shipping and Tracking ​

Control the visibility of logistics and customer delivery sections inside the email body:

  • Shipping address: Toggle to display or hide the customer's destination shipping address.
  • Tracking information: Toggle to display or hide fulfillment shipping carrier links and tracking numbers.

Order Information ​

Manage order summary details, itemized product tables, and footer messages:

  • Order notes: Toggle to display customer checkout notes.
  • Items details: Toggle to show or hide the itemized product table (thumbnails, product titles, quantities, line totals).
  • Order summary: Toggle display for financial summary rows (subtotal, shipping fees, tax, discounts).
  • Footer notes & Footer message: Toggle and enter custom footer text per language locale.

Saving Changes ​

  • Save: Click Save in the top-right corner to publish your email template updates.
  • Discard: Revert any unsaved visual or text edits back to the last saved state.
