Store Information ​

The Store information tab manages the core business metadata printed on your invoice headers, packing slips, and transactional emails:

Upload your default company logo image to display across printable templates and email headers.

Store Information ​

Fill in legal business identifiers dynamically rendered on official invoices:

  • Store name: Your commercial store or brand name.
  • Company name: Legal registered business entity name.
  • Tax number: Official VAT, GST, or Tax identification number.
  • Registration number: Business registration or company code.
  • Banking account: Bank details, IBAN, or payment transfer instructions.
  • Domain: Primary store web address (e.g., https://yourstore.com).

Store Address ​

Provide contact details, location addresses, and layout formatting for document headers:

  • Phone & Email: Customer support phone number and official contact email address.
  • Address 1 & Address 2: Primary street address line and optional secondary unit/suite details.
  • City, Province, Country, & Postal code: Complete geographical location details and postal routing code.
  • Formatted address: Select the display order/layout format for rendering your full address on documents.

Dynamic Metafields

Data saved under Store information feeds directly into template variables such as {{shop.name}}, {{shop.email}}, and {{shop.domain}} inside the Template Editor.
