Verified Emails

The Verified emails settings page allows you to submit, manage, and authenticate email addresses used for sending test emails and receiving internal BCC copies.

Verify Recipient Email for Testing

To ensure email deliverability and prevent spam flags, all sender and recipient testing addresses must be verified before use:

1. Enter Email Address: Type your target email address into the Email address input field (e.g., mail@example.com).

2. Send Verification Request: Click the Verify email button to dispatch an automated confirmation email.

3. Confirm Verification Link: Open your email inbox, locate the verification message, and click the confirmation link inside.

4. Check Status: Return to this page and click Check status (or refresh) to finalize the email authentication process.

Verified Email Addresses

The Verified email addresses table displays all active, authenticated email addresses associated with your store:

• Active Addresses List: Shows all successfully verified emails that are eligible to be selected as sender addresses or BCC recipients.

• Empty State: If no addresses have been authenticated yet, the section displays "You have not verified any email address yet".

Usage Scope

Once an email address is verified here, it immediately becomes available in the Select a verified address dropdown under Email Sender settings and the BCC Email to selection list under Email Automation.
